Jenny’s practice deals with all aspects of employee benefits law, including all aspects of ERISA.  Jenny has extensive experience with qualified retirement plans and providing legal advice to retirement plan vendors. Jenny represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor in connection with voluntary compliance correction programs and plan audits. She advises clients regarding employee benefit issues such as mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary liability, and related employer determinations. In addition, Jenny assists with labor and employment law compliance, providing guidance impacting human resource practices.
