James M. Winn, Jr.
Jay’s practice deals with all aspects of employee benefits law, including all aspects of ERISA. Jay has extensive experience in the design, implementation and operation of tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans, including governmental plans. Jay has particular experience drafting documents for cafeteria plans and welfare benefit plans and advising clients on health plan compliance issues, including health care reform and HIPAA privacy and security requirements and issues relating to domestic partner benefits.
