Cheryl Fridkin Kitt
Cheryl’s practice deals with all aspects of employee benefits law, including all aspects of ERISA. Cheryl has extensive experience in the design, implementation and operation of compensation and benefit plans and arrangements, with goals to ensure tax efficiency and compliance with the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA and other applicable laws. Cheryl has considerable experience with 403(b) plans and with discrimination testing for all qualified plans. Cheryl regularly assists clients with the correction of qualified plan operational errors through the IRS correction procedures.
